Four Seasons Mauritius Reviews 92 Kelly England PointsTM Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at AnahitaThe best bit Arriving at the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita, the first thing you notice is your blood pressure instantly dropping as you become cocooned by total luxury. Everything that you see looks picture perfect and then when you come to touch or taste, it all somehow gets even better. The cooled scented hand towels smell so good you want to cover your face in them, the room service has better oven baked pizzas than you find in Naples and the bedding makes you feel like you are floating in heaven. The most pressing daily decision is whether to travel around the blue, fish filled lagoons either on golf buggies or on bicycles, making it feel like you are staring in a 5 star tropical version of Wisteria Lane.
There is something for everyone from loved up honeymooners to parents in need of some TLC. The spa is a sight to behold nestled amongst mangroves. The Mauritian Fusion Therapy mixes lymphatic drainage, ayurveda, meridien therapy and reflexology to pump up your energy, release toxins and balance water levels. Well behaved floppy haired youngsters flock to the action packed fairy tale Hobbit Village where little ones learn to bake cookies before burning off wild energy in the playroom on the Wii. Young adults have their own ‘hood’ packed with internet, Xboxes and even a disc jockey turntable. I challenge anyone young or old to tire of these fab fun zones. The Golf Club designed by golf master Ernie Els is a 7,580-yard, 18-hole championship course woven into the tropics. Complimentary daily one hour golf clinics are perfect for beginners if you can tear yourself away from your sun lounger to see where your other half is spending his days! Or if you tire of slurping mocktails by the beach (which is frankly speaking very doubtful) there are daily spinning, aerobics and stretching classes. The Four Seasons Mauritius at Anahita really is really a little slice of heaven. The worst bit You may need to rob a bank if you go for a fortnight. But this is Four Seasons Fabulous!
